The ATLAS Browser-Based Viewer cannot retrieve the image when the application runs locally.
If you are running Chrome locally, close all instances of Chrome and start it using :
chrome --allow-file-access-from-files
If you are running Chrome v76+ locally, please navigate to chrome://flags/#out-of-blink-cors, disable it and relaunch.
If you are running Firefox v68+ locally, please set privacy.file_unique_origin to false in about:config, and refresh.
Otherwise, try using Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 11.
NOTE: Do not use these settings for normal webbrowsing, due to security reasons
